How To Order
In the East Point Craft Shop online store if you want to order one product, click the Order Now button. If you want to order more than one product, take note of the product name you are interested in, and then click on the Order Now button of any of your products. This will take you to the order form. Select all of the products you want to order, and complete the rest of the order form. You will receive an email with your order details. Nadine will contact you regarding payment and other details to process your order.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa or MasterCard. All of the products in East Point Craft Shop are in Canadian dollars.
We ship our orders through Canada Post. For faster delivery we are able to send through courier - please indicate this preference on your order. Shipping costs are added depending on the weight of the product(s).
If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), the item can be returned for a full refund of the product cost (this does not include the cost of delivery). Canadian and continental US returns should be postmarked no later than 30 days from the shipping date. International customers have 45 days.
